About the Course

Clinical Medical Assistant Advanced Program– 1034 hours

This program will be offered on an online platform. However, students have the choice to attend the program in-class. 634 hours of theory will be covered online/in-class. However students will be required to complete 400 hours of hands-on internship at a clinical facility after they have completed the online/in-class coursework.
This program is designed to teach students the skills necessary for employment in the modern medical facility. A qualified
clinical medical assistant is capable of performing a wide range of duties, with a variety of technical detail; thus helping the
physician in many clinical situations. The clinical medical assistant duties include phlebotomy, EKG & medical assistant skills .
Upon successful completion of this course, students will receive a certificate of completion and will be eligible for
National Certifications through the National Certification Career Association (NCCA) currently American Education Certification
Association (AECA) to be a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant/Specialist.
