Please note: Clinical internship timings vary and depend on the clinical site’s hours of operation.

Minimum Requirements

1- All students must be at least (18) years of age on or before the first day of class.

2- Students must possess a High School Diploma or a General Education Development (G.E.D) CertificateHigh School Equivalency (H.S.E) Certificate will also be acceptable.

3- The minimum educational requirement for enrollment is the Ability to Benefit which is defined as:

A. Ninth (9th) grade reading and math level as measured by the Tests of Adult Basic Education (TABE) or another test approved by the USDOE.

B. An interview with the admissions officer to review the TABE scores of the student and discuss any prerequisites needed for enrollment.

Admission Process

Admission Process consists of following steps:

1- Students must Apply Online for admission in a particular course, one week (5 working days) prior to the start of classes.

2- After evaluation of application, Institute Administration will notify the student through E-Mail or Phone Call, about the Date & Time of Interview and Institution Tour.

3- On the day of Interview and Institution Tour, students are required to bring following documents with them:

a) Printed Application Form

b) Identification (copy of Social Security Card, current driver’s license, birth certificate, passport or any other State issued picture ID)

c) High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate or High School Equivalency (H.S.E) Certificate and other Relevant Degrees

d) Proof of Hepatitis B /PPD/Flu vaccination (can also be provided later)

e) Recommendation Letter

f) A Letter of Intent furnished by you

g) If you are joining through One Stop Career Dev. New Jersey Dept. of Labor and Workforce Dev.  Bring with you the “Service Provider’s Form” issued to you by your counselor

h) Initial payment for registration and tuition fees. We accept cash or personal checks only. (Not Required for applicants being sponsored by New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development NJDOL)

Payment Plan

Full tuition must be paid before the graduation date. You can pay the full tuition at the start or you may pay tuition in 4 payments. In your payment plan list the dates and the amount you will pay.

Please note that this condition does not apply to you if you will be attending this program through the office of One Stop Career Development, New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Middlesex County  or other Counties in the state of New Jersey.
